DRILL AND ROUTING SERVICES
It Was in Year 2012 we started PCB drilling & routing services in Pune to support large & medium PCB facilities in Pune and Mumbai
We started with 20 spindles capacity and today we have 80+ spindles running , customers like Multiline electronics , Epitome components & Shogini Techno arts uses our services in Pune, all our drilling machines have 180k rpm speed spindle and routing machines we have 125krpm speed spindle , we use European / Taiwanese machines like Lenz Gmbh , Anderson for routing and for drilling we Pluritec Industries & mania gmbh machines .
Workman ship :
* Highly skilled manpower well trained to handle all type of jobs like Multilayer Drilling / Double Side drilling and routing
* Jobs received from customers will first go in trail runs to make sure drilling accuracy and match with routing profile dimensions , we do capable of routing with 50Microns +/- Jobs based on special requests from customers , average tolerance is 100 to 150 Microns in routing .
Machine uptime :
We have inhouse maintenance team for keeping the machines up and accurate , spindles go under regular schedule maintenance to maintain accuracy , Aircon is maintained for proper cooling of machine parts and stability in laminates , power full vacuum to make sure clean board deliveries .
Drilling Capabilities :
Drilling : 0.3mm to 6mm holes 20 Microns drilling accuracy
Types of Jobs : Multilayer / Double Side / Single Side .
Routing Capabilities :
Routers : 0.5 to 2.4mm routing for FR4 / CEM 1 / MCPCB , 50 to 150 Microns Routing Tolerances
